Kusanagi wants to become Ronaldinho if he had the chance
SMAP’s Tsuyoshi Kusanagi said if he could restart life he would like to become soccer player Ronaldinho, it was revealed at a press conference in Tokyo on April 3, reports Sponichi Annex.
Kusanagi plays a businessman who makes a big career change in his 30s and decides to become a doctor in his new drama “３７歳で医者になった僕～研修医純情物語～ (37-sai de Isha ni natta Boku ~Kenshui Junjyo Monogatari~)”.
“The drama’s message is that anyone can restart their life at any age. I really like it. There are things Yuta (Kusanagi’s character) has wrong, but everyone in the hospital is working as hard as they can so the two often clash, I hope people can get something from that,” Kusanagi said.
The SMAP star himself said he would like to become Ronaldinho if he could restart his own life, saying he had visited the Brazilian footballer’s home five years ago for a TV show and loved it.
“It was close to the sea, and he had two big pet dogs. I wish I could somewhere like that.”
